*Does Tera Kaia ship internationally?
Well, yes and no. International shipping is available by request only and does not include exchanges. Please understand that shipping will be higher than usual, and there may be additional duties and/or taxes that are paid when the item is picked up. We can’t track the item once it goes over the border, so it may take several weeks to arrive.
If you are interested in placing an international order, we ask that you first head to www.terakaia.com/find-my-size to make sure you have the perfect fit, as we won’t be able to do an exchange.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4:00PM Pacific Time will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend, or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day. Orders are shipped from Tera Kaia’s homebase in Bishop, California. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been placed as well as an e-mail confirmation with a USPS tracking number once your order has been shipped. All shipping charges are nonrefundable as well as shipping charges added to any return.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders within the United States.
Do you ship to PO boxes? APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. Please we can ship to PO, APO and FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail shipping.
What if I enter my shipping address incorrectly?
Please contact us as soon as you can to notify us of a change in shipping address for an order.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping addresses and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot redirect it. Tera Kaia is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
Need to reship a refused or undeliverable package? A reshipping fee in the amount of the original shipping cost will be required. To avoid reshipping fees please double check your address prior to checkout.
If you would like to cancel an order that has been refused or returned to us due to a mistake in the shipping address entered at checkout, the original shipping cost will be deducted (nonrefundable at purchase) from your refund amount as well as a $5.00 restocking fee.
What if my package is lost or I never received it?
*ATTENTION* Please do not "Submit a Chargeback" if you do not receive your item. Just email us at orders@terakaia.com so we can help alleviate the issue. If you do "Submit a Chargeback" we will likely lose the item we sent, you will get a refund, and we will be charged a $15 fee. It's a lose lose for everyone :(
Every now and then, packages go missing. Please check with your local post office first to make sure it didn't end up there. Sometimes the USPS just takes a few extra days, and the tracking number can show it delivered when it isn't actually delivered.
If it is still lost, please contact orders@terakaia.com with your order number and information about what happened. If necessary, we can get begin the process of filing an insurance claim started so that we can get our money back and reship the package to you.
Should I submit a chargeback to my credit card?
Please hold off on submitting a chargeback with your credit card. When a chargeback is started, they will immediately take the money plus a $15 fee from TK. This also has a negative effect on our seller reputation. Often, this can be resolved with an insurance claim, and you will get your product and TK won't lose any money!
